(Remember, the year before,I had stuff in the vein in my neck. ( It's gone now.)
A friend recommended the book to me and it has met my expectations. I have a couple health issues and I have made use of this book daily for those issues and more. I would like to do more of the recipes but some of the items asked for I am having trouble finding, but I enjoy everything I have done with the recipes from the book.
was leaning towards a 3 star review but gave it a 4 for value. PRO: very good print quality, very good editing with an effort to reinforce fundamentals. CON: no one is going to accuse this of being chock full of unique recipes. Overall it made me think and I learned from it. One the fence about referring it to a friend though

I would have given this a better review, but all the photos were of older people drinking the juice. For some reason I found that a bit annoying and a bit insulting. Older people are the only ones who want to be healthy? Come on . . . Great juicing recipes, just didn't like the pictures
